Amethyst Crystal Gemstone Sphere

This stone will help stimulate the third eye and can aid and strengthen one's psychic abilities. Place it on your altar, on your bed stand, and use it in divination and meditation. They are 50mm wide ( 2″ in diameter) Include a small wooden stand.

Suggested Use:

Sit in meditation. Some people sit on cushions, cross-legged, or my favorite-in a chair with the back straight, feet flat on the floor, and hands comfortably on the side.
Take your sphere and place it in your left palm, and place the back of your left hand in the right palm. Feel the energy of the stone flow to you through your palm. Close your eyes and sit in quiet meditation, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Do this for 5-10 minutes or longer if you like. Switch hands if you feel like it and hold the sphere with your right and repeat the process.
