Suggested Use: Place it in front of you during meditation and close your eyes. Imagine you are sitting in a giant pyramid of this shape with the top point at the top of your head (the area you would balance a book on) Breath in through the nose and as you reach the top of your breath, visualize your breath touching the top of the pyramid of your body. Exhale through the mouth. Repeat two more cycles of this breathing pattern. With each breath take not of how the energy feels traveling up your body. Repeat as many cycles of 3 as you like. Be sure to stop in between and check in with yourself.
